[Found under: “NU HOU KULOKO.”]

A Part German Boy.–With this arrival of the Idaho, Hekekia Shriver, a boy born here in Hawaii, returned. His mother is Hawaiian, but his father is a foreign-language-speaking haole. He has spent two years sailing since he left Hawaii nei. He was sent to go to the land of his father. He went to Belgium, London, Vienna, and some other towns of Europe. When he returned, he boasted of what he saw. Yet it was fortunate that he saw them in his youth.
