Large Hawaiian Sweet Potato.—Brought to our Business Office was a large Hawaiian sweet potato grown at Makena, Honuaula, East Maui, by Kiniakua. When weighed, it was thirty pounds. We see that this is a large uala, but there were others heavier than this. We praise this laborer of large sweet potatoes, and perhaps we will hear in the future of other potatoes from his uala patch.
[Thirty pounds?! Also, I wonder how it tasted.]
