Some large sweet potatoes.—Two large sweet potatoes grown at Kamalo, Molokai by their uala farmers were sent to us by Rev. A. O. Forbes [Rev. A. O. Porepe]. They were weighed when they were received, and one of them came to twelve pounds, while the other was eight pounds. Some people came and were astonished; and some said others were bigger than these. In our eyes, these were huge uala which we saw. E! Kamalo is a land of huge uala.
