It’s very unusual that any street in Honolulu would still have buildings that were standing in 1903, much less 1883.
The white building on the right is the original home of the Bank of Bishop & Co., started in 1858 by Charles Reed Bishop. It has undergone a number of name changes over the years, among them Bishop National Bank and First National Bank. In 1970 it became First Hawaiian Bank. Of course there hasn’t been a bank in this building since the 1920s, though.
