Supposedly here before.—A haole newspaper of this town published on this past Saturday morning stated that there is a Russian haole aboard the ship amongst the Russian passengers who are searching for homes for themselves; he came here before, and was in Honolulu harbor in the year 1816; and because it was so long ago, he forgot the state of the harbor. It is true, there were Russian ships that stopped here the year after the birth of Nahienaena, the year 1815.
