The plot of land at Waialua on this Island, embracing an area of 24¼ acres, which has been occupied by the Waialua Female Seminary for the past sixteen years, was sold on Saturday, at Auction by Mr. E. P. Adams, for $2,750.00 to Doctor N. B. Emerson.
