ANNOUNCEMENT!
KNOW ALL MEN, I am the one whose name is below; I forbid all people who own animals from setting them loose on my land situated at Pawaakai at the corner of King and Waikiki Streets; pigs, horses, cows, and all other kinds of animals. For those who go against this and let their animals loose, the Luna which I authorized has power to assess One Dollar for a pig and Five Dollars per head of cow or horse. This will become the Law on the day this is published in the Lahui Hawaii.
