Dec 22.—At Eleio, Hamakua, Hawaii, married by Rev. James Bicknell [Rev. J. Bikanele] were Moakeawe (m) and Pihana (f).

BIRTHS.

Dec. 8.—At Palawai, Lanai, born was Kohaka (f), to Kane and Kaupe.
Dec. 1.—At Honolulu, born was a daughter, to J. Kekuanui and Pale.
Dec. 17.—At Waikiki Kai, born was Hoomana (f), to Mokulehua and Akahi.

DEATHS.

Dec. 18.—At Kanahonua, Hamakua, Hawaii, Kawelo (m) died. His sickness was a heart attack [? kauhola].
Dec. 24.—At Kukuihaele, Hamakua, Hawaii, Kanaloa (f) died. Her sickness was dysentery [hi].
Dec. 23.—At Kealia, Lanai, Z. Kola (m) died.
Nov. 24.—At Olowalu, Aalona Ainana (m) died.
Nov. 16.—At Ukumehame, Keanolii (m) died.
Nov. 12.—At Ukumehame, Nahalii (m) died.
Nov. 23.—At Ukumehame, Waiwaiole (f) died.
Sept. 12.—At Ukumehame, Manoanoa (f) died.
Nov. 10.—At Kamoku, Lanai, Pukila (m) died.
Dec. 9.—At Kalulu, Lanai, Lauoho (f) died.
Dec. 29.—At Kapuukolo, Kawahahunui (m) died.
Dec. 2.—At Kaneloa, Waikiki Kai, Kainea (m) died.
