Death of Charles Kekoa Liu, 1948.

CHARLES KEKOA LIU

Charles Kekoa Liu, 55, of 727 Kaiwiula St., who was born on the island of Hawaii, died at 3:15 a.m. Tuesday in a local hospital.

Friends may call at Borthwick mortuary between 6 and 9 p.m. on Wednesday and after 8 a.m. Thursday. Services will be conducted by Rev. Ayau of Kamakua Mau Loa church at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the chapel of the mortuary. Burial will be in Kaahumanu cemetery.

Mr. Liu is survived by six sons, Edward, Raymond, Jerry, William, Alexander and Isaac Liu; six daughters, Mrs. Victoria Kaeo, Mrs. Violet Abinger, Mrs. Kemalo Custino, Mrs. Pearl Cleveland and Mrs. Albert Louis, and by 28 grandchildren.

He was a member of the Order of Kamehameha, and was former minister of the Kamakua Mau Loa church.
