I AM KOHAI, and I am announcing to all that I was selected by the Board of Health [Papa Ola], as a Medical Practitioner [Kahuna Lapaau] for the District of Koolaupoko, Island of Oahu, with the approval of the Minister of the Interior [Kuhina Kalaiaina]; and I forbid all those who have not received their medical license [palapala lapaau] not to engage in the medical profession within that District. Should anyone go against this, I will bring sue them under the Law.
