A Newspaper. At the Lahainaluna College, there is a newspaper that is handwritten by some students of the school. This newspaper was initiated for the local benefits of the students of the school. It is printed under the Editorship of E. K. Lilikalani, and J. H. Kekuaiwahia is the Publisher, during the last half of 1872, and they left, and its name was “Ka Nupepa Lawe Nu Hou.” And during the first of of 1873, the newspaper was reestablished under three editors, and its name was changed to “Ko Lahainaluna Ponoi,” and it is published every Wednesday. Included is local and outside news, riddles, news of the day, and so forth. The news gotten from Lahainalalo and Lahainaluna are placed under the title, Nu Hou Kuloko, and the News from other places are put under the title, Nu Hou Kuwaho.
