DEATH CLAIMS A POPULAR TEACHER
Miss Helen Lanmoy Apo died of typhoid fever last Sunday morning, December 12, 1888, in Iao Valley, Wailuku, Maui. She attended the Kamehameha School for girls, and was graduated from there two years ago. She received a teachers’ certificate from the Honolulu Normal School last June, and was appointed teacher in the public school of Lahaina, Maui, in September.
Mrs. Nancy Apo, the mother, wishes hereby to give her thanks to all the friends who helped her in her recent bereavement.
