  1. Wow, sulky races. No idea they had those too. I know I’ve gone and taken photos from the newspaper, applied a glaussen blur and voila! instant historical photograph for an exhibit when before there was none!
    Microfilm is not the best, but better than nothing.

  2. There were all kinds of races here! And yes, usually anything is better than nothing, but I still am hoping for the best images possible of all of the papers. The originals won’t last forever.
