GUARDIAN’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE.
HAVING BEEN DULY LICENSED BY Hon. L. McCully, Justice of the Supreme Court, to sell the Real Estate hereinafter described, the property of my ward, Miss Irene H. Ii, a minor; and having complied with the order of Court and Statutes in such cases provided, I will sell at Public Auction, for Cash, at 12 o’clock noon, on MONDAY, July 7th, 1879, at the front door of Aliiolani Hale, at the UPSET PRICE of $5,000, all that tract of land known as “Anapuni,” being situate opposite the Punahou College, Honolulu, Oahu, being Section 2 of Royal Patent No. 5704, to the late John Ii, and comprising by survey 36 24-100 Acres.
This lot is enclosed, has public roads on two sides, and is admirably situated. Acts of sale at purchaser’s expense.
