“HANALOA,”

At Ewa, Island of Oahu, containing an Area of about 200 Acres,

At an Upset Price of $3000.00!

ALSO, AT SAME TIME,

120 ACRES OF KULA LAND,

—AND—

Three acres of Taro Patches

Adjoining the Fish Pond, at an upset price of $300.00 for Kula Land, and $300.00 for Taro Patches.

TERMS, ONE THIRD CASH.

Balance payable in one to four years with interest, payable semi-annually, at rate of nine per cent. per annum, secured by mortgage.
