Shown With Hawaiian Drums

Tom Hiona, hula master, who is in charge of Hawaiian dances at the Hawaiian Festival to take place Thursday evening at 8 o’clock at the Honolulu Academy of Arts. The large drum is a “pahu,” drum used for temple dances. The little knee drum is called “puniu.”
