The Hon. A. Fernandez gave a feast commemorating restoration day at his residence in the uplands of Kalihi on this past 1st of August, and he invited his friends to enjoy the table laden with food. Amongst the dignitaries who attended were, the Alii John Ena, the Representatives, J. H. Waipuilani, Kinney, McKinley, Koahou, G. P. Kamauoha, J. Kaluna, L. W. P. Kanealii, J. A. Akina, and J. W. Pipikane; the Judge of Ewa, W. H. Cumming; S. M. Kaaukai and some other people. Everything prepared was fine, and they ate while recalling the return of the sovereignty, and the 49th year that Hawaii should remember.
