Nakea Rites Set Tuesday
Funeral services for Mrs. Olivia Kanoho Kaululaau Nakea, 56, who died Friday at a local hospital, will be held at 1 p. m. Tuesday in Borthwick Funeral Parlors chapel. Burial at Puea cemetery will follow.
Mrs. Nakea lived at 569 “Q” Rd., Damon Tract. Born at Haleiwa, Oahu, Feb. 5, 1899, she was an ordained minister of the House of Prayer mission and was well known for the numerous services she conducted on the streets of Honolulu.
Survivors are daughters Mrs. Ellen K. N. Kalilikane and Mrs. Hannah K. N. Kekahuna; sons Joel I Nakea, William Makuwakane Jr., Honl K. Nakea, and Montague K. Nakea; a brother, James Kaululaau; and one sister, Mrs. Hannah Kaleiheana. There are 19 grandchildren.
FRIENDS MAY call at the funeral parlors from 6 to 9 p. m. today and after 10 a. m. tomorrow.
