Fishing Area Restrictions!
All my Fishing Areas seen named below are restricted—Maluhia, Waioeo, Aawa, Kohola Iki and Kohola Nui, the fishing areas in the Ahupuaa of Waiehu, Island and County of Maui. Leased by H. N. Birch is the fishing area of Maluhia; and G. P. Kihamahana is my overseer for the remaining four areas. The two of them are empowered to enforce the laws of the land.
