Unlicensed Medical Practitioner.—This past Monday, a man named Kapohaku was brought before the Police Court [Aha Hoomalu] after being charged with practicing medicine without a license. He admitted his guilt, therefore, his fine was lessened to $50. However, the life of the one he was treating foolishly was lost at a price that is beyond measure.
