Whose duty is it to look after the grounds around the Mausoleum? At one timethese premises were a credit to the country; at present they are anything but that. The weeds are growing all over the grass; the trees remain untrimmed, and the walks are covered with grass. The sepulchre of our Kings ought to be properly cared for. We believe that some one draws a dollar a day for keeping the place in order, and we may very reasonably ask that the money should be earned.
