Charles E. King, musician, composer and insurance man, who is 60 today. He was born in Honolulu and at one time taught in local public schools and at Kamehameha schools. From 1902 to 1913 he was supervising principal of public schools. He has composed and arranged many Hawaiian airs and was formerly conductor of the Hawaiian band.
