Expelled from Lahainaluna? 1865.

Harsh ending.

In the night of the 20th of March. Some students of Lahainaluna were expelled from that College. Their mischief was this. Walking about at night. They strayed in the night of the Sabbath. And in that same night, they were caught by the Teachers, and the next morning, they were expelled from the school like the Regulations of the school. One of them is named C. Abela, and John Namomoku is the other. One is from the first class, and the other from the third class. How sad!

“He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly  be destroyed, and that without remedy.”
