Rotten eggs, 1862.

The Hula performers who travelled to California some months ago just returned on the ship Yankee; we have not heard however about the how they lived while on their travels, but we have word that they were pelted with rotten eggs some nights they  danced in California; perhaps it is true,  or perhaps not; it is not very clear to us.
