“Lei Day” written by Mary Robins, 1928.

Mrs. Mary Robins, right, who has composed a song, “Lei Day,” which she and her daughter, Mrs. Mattie R. Caminos, sang today at the Bank of Hawaii.

Mrs. Robins has also composed a song to Governor R. Farrington. Her friends say these two songs will be as popular as Honolulu Harbor, another of her compositions.—Star-Bulletin photo.

[Does anyone know the lyrics of this mele?]
