ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT

To all beloved makaainana of the alii, Queen Liliuokalani, let it be known to all of you. The state of the Nation at this time, is under the administration of the provisional government by the reformist party [aoao hoomaemae], and military law is proclaimed by the new ministers of the provisional Government, that is:

S. B. Dole, Minister of Foreign Affairs

J. F. King, Minister of the Interior

P. C. Jones, Minister of Finance

W. O. Smith, Attorney General.

Therefore, the power of the Nation is under this new Cabinet, and Marshal Charles B. Wilson is done and has been replaced by J. H. Shop.

Therefore, the makaainana of the alii, the Queen must keep the peace and be patient, for the time will come when we will be victorious.
