“Ka Leo o ka Lahui,” Hon. J. E. Bush’s daily, is now under the management of Hon. Joseph Nawahi, of Hilo, Hawaii. In its issue of yesterday is a protest against laws enacted by the Provisional Government being inserted in the new born annexation paper, La Kuokoa, which hardly an intelligent Hawaiian subscribes for. The Leo says, “Why not publish them in papers people read?”
