Personal.—The venerable Judge Andrews took passage in the last steamer for Maui, where he has gone to visit some of the ancient battle-fields, and collect information regarding the wars of Kamehameha the Conqueror, for the History which he is preparing under the patronage of this government. From the old natives living in the vicinity of the battle-grounds he hopes to obtain many interesting facts. He will be absent about two months.
