ON BENDED KNEE.

During these days of turmoil of thought and perplexity of life, we have but one sanctuary that we remind our fellow citizens of, where they can receive solace and put an end to the burdens of sadness and grief, that being the getting on bended knee and giving prayers unending before the Power of the Holy Trinity, the only redeemer, and the gracious sanctuary of this whole world. Pray in unity—from the Highest Chief of the land to the lowest citizen, and we will eventually find comfort and safety by His holy spring of love. “On earth peace, good will toward men.”
