Moku Kaula i ho-a ia me Niihau,
I kaulua ia Kawaihoa a Kane,
O kaulana a ka la i Halalii,
Hala ka la kau ma Lehua,
Kau e no ka molehulehu o ke ahiahi,
Moe e no Kauai iluna ka la e,
Ke ao la no o Lehua i ke kai.
