Restoration Day.—The public has heard that the people of Honolulu are putting on a banquet for the day that the Hawaiian Flag was returned, and the alii of the land are kindly assisting in this endeavor taken up by their people. All friends should look and understand the Announcement published in today’s paper; there they will see the activities planed by the Executive Committee for that day. And the Head of the activities on that day, that is His Highness L. Kamehameha; and it will tell the kinds of things that will be done that day. All true Hawaiians should go and help, and participate in that Hawaiian banquet. We heard that everyone who has a badge for the banquet for Restoration Day, those who are going on the parade, that they should arrive outside of the Court House at Honolulu BEFORE TEN O’CLOCK in the morning of Friday, the 31st of July. And as for the prayer, we hear that it will be given by someone independent, who is not in the Clergy, to pray on that day, so that does not become something that interferes with the good feelings of those of the different religions in this Nation.
