MRS. NAUKANA PASSED ON VERY QUICKLY.

With strong body and without knowing of the weakness upon her body, Mrs. J. W. Naukana met with a quick death in midday on last Tuesday, because of a stroke, and in a very short time, her breath left her, and all the efforts on the part of the doctors to save her life were all for naught. Those who bear fruit of their loins are fortunate for it is an expansion of the lahui [hooulu lahui] in this era of King Kalakaua.
