Schooner or Other Vessel,
Of sufficient capacity to accommodate at least
Forty Immigrant Passengers,
Such vessel will be required to proceed to the
GILBERT AND CAROLINE ISLANDS
And such other points as my be designated by the Board, or the Agent who may be selected, to take charge of the enterprise.
